Beginning a healthy habit takes one step at a time. What if you drank 6-8 ounces of water upon waking, before that coffee? Your liver would thank you all day. We are dehydrated when we wake as we haven't consumed anything while sleeping. Drink that water. What a difference it will make. And if you add a shot of Nana Cider in that water, well, even better!
