Pick a SEED, any SEED

Seeds, the beginning of plants. Plants, like our fruits and vegetables. All good stuff for us. NANA CIDER has ingredients that begin as seeds also. Cayenne peppers and limes are grown from seeds. Oh, did you take that NANA CIDER  shot yet? NO?? Well, go do it now, we'll wait.

Ok, so some seeds we need in their natural state. Take sesame seeds: known for their antioxiodant & antibacterial  properties. Also, known to help with high blood pressure.

Pumpkin seeds: some folks say pumpkin is a superfood. Why? Protein for one thing. Anti-imflammatory effects, high magnesium content, and they are rich in fiber. These are just a few of their superpowers.

Flax seeds:  oooh, this one....you want this one each day.  These beauties contain Omega-3 essential fatty acids, (you know, the "good fat") good for the heart. And fiber is another great quality. I use these each morning in our smoothies. 

It's the little things (get it, little things, like seeds) that add up to a healthy, strong body and lifestyle. Just like NANA CIDER. Why not add a shot a day to your routine and help your body out. We live in an environment our bodies weren't designed for. So every healthy habit we practice is a great thing.
